I never got that specific iTunes record but do have that Rocket membership CD called ELTON JOHN LIVE - FROM ROSE HALL SEPTEMBER 6, 2006. I don't know if the songs that you are curious about are from the same concert - don't think so. I'm guessing that the songs are from Madison Square Garden (most likely) or Boston in 2005. If so, they can all be heard on YouTube. I was fortunate enough to see Elton in Boston on that 30th anniversary concert series (2005) for CAPTAIN FANTASTIC AND THE BROWN DIRT COWBOY. It was an incredible performance; almost 3 1/2 hours with no break. He opened with 8 songs from PEACHTREE ROAD which were warmly applauded, then 8 songs from CAPTAIN FANTASTIC AND THE BROWN DIRT COWBOY, and then 17 songs of hits and major album tracks.
Regarding the songs that you asked about (check YouTube) I have to say that "Someone Saved My Life Tonight" sounded superb at the 2nd Boston concert which I attended. "We All Fall in Love Sometimes" was nice as was "Curtains." The big drum-fill outro on the studio version on "Curtains" was not attempted by Nigel in these live concerts. Too bad. The choir added full backing vocals. I love "Tell Me When The Whistle Blows" but it just didn't capture the same feel as that great CAPTAIN FANTASTIC AND THE BROWN DIRT COWBOY original studio version. "(Gotta Get A) Meal Ticket" always sounds good live. "Better Off Dead" is a good live song as well but Elton's phrasing and deeper register changed it a bit for those 2005 shows.
I hope that this helps a bit. CAPTAIN FANTASTIC AND THE BROWN DIRT COWBOY remains my favourite Elton album. Interestingly enough, it took a year or so for me to embrace it. Great consistent album in every way.
